Manages scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, quality, financial forecasts, governance, and customer relationships. Coordinates cross-functional technical and business teams, communicates with executive stakeholders, supports change control and revenue-related inputs, and drives continuous improvement in project delivery practices. Mentors project teams and ensures predictable, high-quality outcomes across complex or multi-region engagements.
