Leads Rocket Software’s global People Business Partner team and establishes its strategic operating model. Advises executives on workforce planning, organizational design, leadership effectiveness, talent, engagement, performance, and change. Partners with People Team centers of excellence and business leaders to deliver scalable people strategies, workforce solutions, and organizational effectiveness programs. The role also drives global consistency, supports mergers and acquisitions, develops high-performing teams, uses workforce data to guide decisions, and strengthens employee experience and organizational agility.

Sells infrastructure and application software solutions to Global 1000 clients. Builds executive relationships, prospects and leads sales campaigns, develops territory plans, manages Salesforce forecasts, negotiates pricing and contracts, and achieves revenue targets. Acts as a trusted advisor to business and IT leaders while coordinating with sales engineering, marketing, and other teams. The role requires frequent customer engagement, event participation, and 50% travel.

Leads the architecture, design, and implementation of Vertica’s core database engine. Drives innovations across query optimization, distributed execution, storage, concurrency, scalability, and performance using C++. Defines long-term technical strategy, architects complex distributed database features, guides testing, collaborates with customers and cross-functional teams, mentors engineers, and influences product roadmaps. Requires deep database internals expertise, large-scale systems experience, and strong technical leadership.
