Defines long-term technical strategy, architects complex distributed database features, guides testing, collaborates with customers and cross-functional teams, mentors engineers, and influences product roadmaps. Requires deep database internals expertise, large-scale systems experience, and strong technical leadership.

Supports customer solution development by gathering requirements, estimating services, identifying risks and dependencies, creating SOWs and proposals, and preparing delivery handoffs. Collaborates with Sales, Delivery, Product, PMO, Support, and subject matter experts to develop scalable service offerings and solution recommendations. Participates in customer discovery, presents concepts with senior guidance, maintains service catalogs and estimation models, and contributes to process standardization and continuous improvement.
