Handle inbound member chat and email support, prioritize and manage multiple queues, develop and maintain processes, resolve unique member issues, de-escalate and follow up on open cases, and communicate complex financial topics clearly in writing.

As an Operations Associate, you'll provide member support through calls, manage workflows, and improve service processes for Rocket Money's financial services.

Build and operate end-to-end premium purchasing and subscription systems (Stripe, Apple/Google IAP, payments). Own projects from design through rollout and reliability, instrument observability, debug production, define metrics, mentor engineers, and drive technical direction and standards.
