Coordinates cross-functional business processes, maintains KPI and company performance reporting, and keeps stakeholders aligned on deadlines, risks, and deliverables. Partners with Data and business teams to develop insights, improve recurring workflows, resolve operational blockers, and automate manual work using AI and other tools. Supports vendor renewal tracking, requisition communications, recurring meeting preparation, action-item follow-up, and operating rhythm management.

Provides written customer support through inbound chat and email. Manages multiple queues, resolves member issues, explains financial topics clearly, de-escalates concerns, follows up on open requests, and improves workflows and service processes.

Build and maintain Rocket Money’s Autopilot banking and investment systems. Responsibilities include developing React interfaces and Node.js/GraphQL backends, making architecture decisions, collaborating with stakeholders, managing vendor integrations, improving observability and performance, and owning the technology lifecycle from planning through production maintenance.
