Manage Telangana early childhood education programs by coordinating with government stakeholders, district officials, and field teams. Responsibilities include securing approvals, overseeing workstreams, supporting training delivery, tracking data and progress, preparing dashboards and reports, drafting official communications, and ensuring timely program execution. The role requires Telugu proficiency, government liaison skills, knowledge of ECCE policies and curricula, strong communication, and independent decision-making.

Manage state government partnerships supporting early childhood care and education initiatives across multiple Indian states. Supervise teams handling stakeholder engagement, research, monitoring and evaluation, reporting, and policy communications. Coordinate cross-functional resources, develop policy documents and presentations, identify best practices, and build relationships with government and civil society stakeholders. The role requires frequent domestic travel and strong writing, systems thinking, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced development-sector environment.

The State PMU Lead will manage Rocket Learning’s partnership with Rajasthan’s Department of Women and Child Development. Responsibilities include government stakeholder management, ECCE policy research and implementation, project planning, budget support, field execution, data analysis, reporting, formal communication, and PMU team leadership. The role requires coordinating government and NGO stakeholders, monitoring delivery, resolving implementation bottlenecks, and using data to improve program effectiveness.
