Leads Rocket Learning’s early childhood education programs and operations across Uttar Pradesh. Responsibilities include managing a 100+ member team, recruiting and developing staff, coordinating with state and district government officials, launching and scaling programs, developing long-term roadmaps, analyzing field data, supporting research, producing reports, and implementing organizational initiatives and change.

Shoot and edit high-quality video content in urban and rural locations for child-, parent-, teacher-, and anganwadi-worker-facing learning materials. Coordinate with subject-matter experts, apply strong storytelling and visual skills, and maintain cameras, microphones, tripods, and other production equipment. The role requires outdoor videography and editing experience, Hindi fluency, Gujarati language ability, a work portfolio, and personal production equipment.

Develop and quality-manage early childhood curriculum and Hindi training content for parents and educators. Coordinate scripting, translation, media production, user testing, LMS optimization, curriculum alignment, stakeholder relationships, training facilitation, field research, and educational technology initiatives. Conduct frequent local and statewide travel for observations, trainings, and educational shoots while supporting cross-team programs and organizational development.
