Provides administrative support for the Delhi office, including office supplies, expense and budget reporting, database maintenance, travel and accommodation arrangements, vendor management, and event logistics. The role supports multiple executives and requires strong organization, communication, prioritization, problem-solving, patience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Canva.

Leads statewide ECCE program implementation across Punjab, including government liaison, team recruitment and management, operational planning, monitoring, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional coordination. The role uses field insights and program data to guide SOPs, decision-making, performance tracking, and course correction while ensuring alignment with ICDS, SCERT, education departments, and other partners.

Manages workplace administration, including travel bookings, facilities and office relocations, procurement, inventory, vendor relationships, invoices, petty cash, documentation, and event logistics. Partners with Finance, IT, HR, and external providers to maintain an efficient workplace and positive employee experience. The role also supports onboarding and exits, guides junior team members, and contributes to hiring and team development.
