Provide end-to-end employee relations (ER) support and generalist HR advice across hiring, performance, attendance, change management, payroll support, and offboarding. Build trusted relationships with leaders and employees, respond to confidential queries, contribute to People & Culture projects, and apply pragmatic solutions in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.

Lead vibration and loads prediction, define instrumentation and data acquisition, perform dynamic simulations (modal, acoustic, random, sine, transient), support and define test campaigns, validate FEA models, optimize mass/materials, implement analysis tools and best practices, conduct peer reviews and mentor junior engineers.

Responsible for the integration, testing, and launch of the Neutron launch vehicle, including developing procedures and managing vehicle processing facilities.
