The role is onsite in Half Moon Bay and may provide support to affiliated locations with approximately 10% travel.

Provides hands-on bilingual English/Spanish HR support across employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, benefits, leave administration, HRIS, payroll and timekeeping, workers’ compensation, safety, compliance, training, audits, and employee records. The role supports employees and managers onsite in Salinas, California, with regular travel to Half Moon Bay and requires knowledge of California employment laws, strong judgment, organization, communication skills, and a valid California driver’s license.

Coordinates sales and marketing initiatives, including product launches, promotional campaigns, customer programs, trade shows, presentations, sales materials, website content, and reporting. Supports customer meetings, lead follow-up, market research, forecasts, and cross-functional communication across Sales, Marketing, Production, Procurement, Customer Service, and Operations. Maintains customer information and commercial documentation while providing project coordination and administrative support in a fast-paced environment.

Process and manage customer orders from receipt to shipment, monitor inventory and forecasts, track special customer requirements, communicate shipment changes to internal teams, and maintain order records using order management systems.
