The Maryland Physician Lead supports Rocket Doctor’s physician network and clinical operations. Responsibilities include recruiting and onboarding physicians, monitoring credentialing progress, facilitating physician meetings, identifying coverage gaps, troubleshooting physician and patient issues, supporting clinical workflows and platform improvements, and providing Maryland-specific feedback to leadership. This is a remote, part-time role requiring approximately four hours per week.

The Florida Physician Lead will support Rocket Doctor’s Florida clinical launch, physician network development, recruitment, onboarding, meetings, workflow improvement, and operational planning. The role advises leadership on Florida-specific clinical and regulatory considerations, helps resolve physician and patient challenges, and contributes to platform and clinical program improvements. This is a remote, part-time position requiring approximately four hours weekly, with no routine travel anticipated.

The Provincial Medical Lead in Nova Scotia is responsible for growing the physician community, optimizing operations, supporting recruitment, and ensuring quality care delivery within the province.
