Provides remote clinical support during weekends and holidays by reviewing laboratory and clinical results, escalating urgent findings, coordinating physician and care-team follow-up, managing pharmacy faxes and referrals, documenting patient-chart activities, communicating appointment information, and assisting clinical staff. The role requires Canadian nursing licensure, strong clinical judgment, medical terminology knowledge, confidentiality, organization, communication skills, and proficiency with EMR and workplace software.

Provides remote clinical support for referrals, diagnostic and lab result review, patient follow-up, prior authorizations, care coordination, and chronic care programs. The RN triages urgent findings, escalates results to physicians, communicates approved instructions, tracks referrals through completion, documents in the EMR, and protects patient confidentiality. The role requires independent work, strong organization, clinical judgment, and familiarity with healthcare portals and insurance workflows.

The Maryland Physician Lead supports Rocket Doctor’s physician network and clinical operations. Responsibilities include recruiting and onboarding physicians, monitoring credentialing progress, facilitating physician meetings, identifying coverage gaps, troubleshooting physician and patient issues, supporting clinical workflows and platform improvements, and providing Maryland-specific feedback to leadership. This is a remote, part-time role requiring approximately four hours per week.
