Provides flexible, on-call childcare support across all age groups. Responsibilities include helping children learn through fun activities, maintaining a positive childcare environment, and supporting a child-centered team. The role offers paid training, professional development, and no nights or weekends. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, must pass state background checks, and should demonstrate enthusiasm, collaboration, and joy in working with children. Previous childcare experience is preferred.

Lead Preschool Teachers provide nurturing, educational, and developmentally appropriate care for preschool children in a full-time learning center. Responsibilities include guiding play-based learning, supporting skill development, fostering creativity and socialization, and maintaining a safe, inclusive environment. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, age 18 or older, successful background checks, and either 2 years or 2,500 hours of documented childcare experience.

Assists the preschool Director with program activities, enrollment, licensing compliance, teacher guidance, curriculum planning, classroom organization, and parent and employee relationships. The role requires supporting children and staff in a licensed childcare setting, maintaining a safe and nurturing environment, and meeting physical demands including lifting up to 40 pounds. This is a full-time Monday–Friday rotating-shift leadership position.
