Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, pass state background checks, and demonstrate enthusiasm, teamwork, and enjoyment of working with children. Prior childcare experience is preferred.

Directs childcare center operations by ensuring licensing compliance, maintaining school records, building relationships with staff and families, conducting tours, reviewing educators, observing classrooms, and fostering a positive learning environment. The role requires multitasking, time management, continuous learning, background-check clearance, familiarity with AR Licensing, and in-person availability at least 30 hours weekly.
