Lead employer outreach and job development to place consumers in competitive employment. Provide job-readiness coaching, intake assessments, vocational plans, documentation and reporting, collaborate with teams for placements and retention, and maintain required certifications and licenses.

Provide person-centered vocational support to consumers: employer outreach, job readiness training, career planning, placement and retention support, intake assessments, documentation, and collaboration with team and funders. Focus includes outreach to Refugee and identified populations.
