Leads organization-wide performance excellence and continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Identifies, scopes, financially justifies, and manages projects aligned with business strategy; analyzes data, facilitates project reviews, coaches teams, trains staff, and standardizes administrative and clinical processes. The role drives measurable operational and financial results, coordinates multiple departments, supports senior management and process owners, and promotes a culture of Lean thinking.

Manages daily administration and compliance of FMLA, PFL, disability, military, and personal leave programs. Leads a leave administration team, oversees vendors, audits records, develops employee communications and training, analyzes processes, ensures legal compliance, supports payroll coordination, and prepares regulatory reporting. Partners with HR leadership and operations on policy improvements, benefit plan analysis, cost management, and strategic initiatives.

Coordinates and oversees designated program activities, budgets, staffing support, team member supervision, policy guidance, interdepartmental collaboration, recruitment materials, and program evaluations. Monitors effectiveness, analyzes results, recommends improvements, and ensures goals are achieved within established priorities, timelines, and funding limits.
