Provide administrative oversight and coordination for a hospital department: schedule and coordinate training and staff, manage Kronos scheduling, maintain safety logs and emergency readiness policies, support department-specific tasks, handle office logistics (mail, supplies, copies, faxes), and maintain resident alert systems.

Provide direct patient care in an outpatient clinic float pool: collect histories and vitals, document in EMR, perform routine nursing tasks, med reconciliation/administration, assist providers with procedures, maintain safe organized environment, and support quality and accreditation initiatives.

Manage diet office and hospitality services: enter patient menus and diet orders into menu software, coordinate meal delivery, assist meal service activities, maintain logs and supplies, handle incoming calls, generate reports, and support patient dietary needs and food safety standards.
