Provides inpatient neurosurgery consult coverage and first-assist support in the operating room. Responsibilities include evaluating patients, obtaining histories, performing exams, developing treatment plans, prescribing medications, writing orders, performing procedures, documenting care, responding to emergencies, and coordinating with patients, families, support teams, payors, and regulatory agencies. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Provides integrated clinical care to older adults with complex medical, functional, and social needs through ElderONE’s PACE program. Evaluates acute and chronic conditions, develops treatment plans, coordinates care, reviews clinical information, manages transitions, participates in interdisciplinary meetings, and supports quality improvement across community and home-based settings.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will support patient health by performing nursing processes, administering medications, and ensuring proper documentation.
