Lead North America Quote Management as the functional lead: gather complex Q2C/CPQ requirements, design solutions, configure systems, run regional rollouts, define scope and acceptance criteria, coordinate UAT, support data/configuration, liaise between affiliates and global/offshore teams, and provide training and change management support.

Lead QA and validation for AI/ML systems in a GxP/GMP environment. Collaborate with data science, IT and business to design, validate, implement, and operate AI solutions under CSV/CSA. Author validation documentation, mitigate model and data risks, align stakeholders on compliant strategies, and drive continuous improvement and capability building in digital validation and model governance.

Perform microbiological testing for materials, bulks, products and environmental monitoring; follow cGMP and SOPs; support contamination control, method transfer/validation, equipment PQ, EMPQ, and GMP inspections; maintain instruments, documentation, and lab readiness for aseptic biologics production.
