Support the full recruiting lifecycle for German-speaking roles: coach hiring managers, assess candidates, manage candidate experience, use Workday for recruiting data, contribute to internal mobility and succession planning, and drive process improvements while building strong stakeholder relationships.

Lead and support system and data management projects, define business requirements, improve processes and SLAs, provide daily data consulting and user training, and ensure data accuracy for operational reporting.

Lead regional ecosystem team for anti-infective therapy: set objectives and plans, manage resources and budget, build external partnerships, improve local clinical standards and patient access, ensure compliance, recruit and develop team, and collaborate with access and cross-functional teams to achieve Roche disease-area goals.
