Design and implement production-grade AI and non-AI systems, specializing in generative AI, agentic architectures, RAG, model integrations, cloud-native platforms, and full-stack enterprise engineering. Lead architecture decisions, code reviews, security, observability, data pipelines, identity management, DevOps, MLOps, and governance across AWS and multicloud environments. Collaborate with engineering teams and senior stakeholders while remaining hands-on in development and mentoring technical teams.

Design and implement production-grade AI and non-AI software systems, with emphasis on Generative AI, RAG, agentic workflows, and enterprise integrations. Lead end-to-end architecture across cloud infrastructure, backend and frontend services, databases, data pipelines, security, observability, DevOps, and MLOps. Remain hands-on in coding, code reviews, technology evaluation, architecture governance, and technical leadership while collaborating with engineers, product owners, and senior stakeholders.

Own technical feasibility for Roche Information Solutions opportunities across North America. Lead technical discovery, solution design, integration and infrastructure assessment, risk identification, customer workshops, pilot readiness, and implementation handoffs. Translate healthcare IT and laboratory technology requirements into scalable architectures while documenting assumptions, dependencies, and risks. Collaborate with commercial, product, implementation, and customer teams, and convert recurring technical patterns into reusable assets and product feedback. This field-based role requires residence near a major airport and up to 50% travel.
