Teams at Roche

Develops and leads integrated corporate communications strategies for Roche’s sustainability and enterprise topics. Advises senior leaders, shapes messaging, oversees content and channel execution, measures communication effectiveness, and drives reputation outcomes among internal and external audiences. Builds trusted stakeholder relationships, aligns communications with corporate and sustainability strategy, manages risks and opportunities, and coordinates across communications centers of excellence in a complex, global organization.

Owns short-term production schedules, defining batch and order sequences across work centers. Optimizes machines, labor, tools, materials, and test equipment while minimizing downtime and resolving shop-floor bottlenecks. The role collaborates with planning, supply chain, customer support, and production supervision, while improving OMP scheduling models, KPIs, and SAP S/4HANA transformation processes.

Designs, builds, tests, and implements resilient IT infrastructure solutions. Evaluates emerging technologies through proofs of concept, supports incident resolution, maintains technical documentation and standards, and ensures compliance with quality, regulatory, and architectural requirements. Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders, leads key project deliverables, manages milestones, and may mentor team members. Focus areas may include platform, compute and storage, network, ERP, high-performance computing, datacenter, or database management.
