Lead and execute end-to-end in-country supply chain strategy for diagnostics in Riyadh. Manage 3PLs, warehousing, order management, inventory optimization, KPIs, audits, customer issues, and talent development while driving digitalization and cross-functional stakeholder alignment.

Lead global supply chain process architecture and regulatory governance. Design L0-L2 future-state processes, enforce ISO/CFR820 compliance, translate process designs into Warehouse Management Systems, drive large digital and architectural projects, balance cost versus technical innovation, and present strategy and portfolio metrics to senior leadership and industry groups.
