Oversee financial controlling, reporting, accounting execution, cost management, budgeting, forecasting, annual planning, month-end close, internal controls, and process improvement for Roche Diagnostics Chile. Prepare performance reports, analyze variances, recommend corrective actions, ensure IFRS alignment, collaborate with shared services and regional finance teams, and provide functional guidance to a Finance Trainee.

Serves as a strategic finance partner to the commercial organization, advising on resource allocation, business planning, pricing, profitability, customer performance, risk, and P&L improvement. Supports sustainable commercial deals, evaluates financial implications, monitors business results, and shares best practices across markets. Requires financial planning and control experience, analytical ability, business acumen, and English proficiency.

Leads enterprise-wide Data and AI governance excellence, policy adoption, literacy, and cultural change across a global matrix organization. Translates AI ethics, model governance, data mesh, data product, and data management frameworks into actionable practices. Influences executives and practitioners, develops adoption metrics and maturity models, supports organizational change management, and builds Data and AI champion networks without direct reports. The role also contributes to enterprise communications and responsible AI adoption.
