Maintain and improve four marketing websites across brands. Build responsive pages from Figma, manage CMS content, optimize performance, SEO and UX, troubleshoot codebases, support campaigns and deploy updates under changing priorities.

Lead and build the Medellin engineering hub: recruit and manage engineers, establish engineering practices and AI-native development, partner with Australia org, own delivery and scale a high-velocity, in-office SaaS team.
