Provide technical and customer support for proprietary software through calls, tickets, and email. Troubleshoot software, hardware, network connectivity, and data issues; document cases; maintain knowledge base articles; and escalate complex problems to Level 2 teams. Support Zendesk, APIs, integrations, and SQL-based data troubleshooting while managing multiple priorities and participating in rotating on-call coverage.

Leads QA activities for the MSP program, including test planning, execution, governance, coverage, risk management, and quality reporting. Establishes testing strategies and standards, coordinates cross-functional issue resolution, supports continuous improvement, and guides QA team members. Uses Playwright for test automation, Jira and Zephyr for test management, and BrowserStack for cross-browser and device validation.

Design and develop Backend for Frontend middleware services connecting front-end portals with backend microservices. Orchestrate and aggregate APIs, translate business requirements, implement authentication and secure communication, integrate REST and GraphQL APIs, optimize performance through caching, troubleshoot integration issues, and collaborate with frontend, backend, UX, and engineering teams.
