Lead and manage the Dynamics 365 platform: ensure stability and alignment with business needs, gather requirements, configure systems, drive integrations with CarPro, Salesforce, MuleSoft and the Data Warehouse, conduct gap analysis, deploy modules, oversee testing, change and release management, provide training and post-deployment support, and ensure data governance and compliance as the Dynamics 365 SME.
