Defines and governs the organization’s technology architecture, standards, platforms, target landscape, and strategic capabilities. Assesses current systems, identifies modernization needs, develops technology roadmaps, evaluates emerging technologies, and advises on major technology selections. The role supports architecture governance, compliance, documentation, and strategic initiatives while collaborating with application, data, infrastructure, security, and enterprise architects in a regulated banking environment.

Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for business-critical applications across production and non-production environments. Monitor application health and performance, troubleshoot incidents, perform root-cause analysis, support deployments and upgrades, manage access permissions, document procedures, and coordinate with development, database, infrastructure, and network teams. The role also participates in disaster recovery, audit support, maintenance windows, continuous improvement, and on-call production support.

Lead technical projects from planning through delivery using Agile methodologies. Manage Scrum teams, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, oversee sprint ceremonies and outcomes, allocate resources, maintain project documentation, prepare status reports, improve processes, and ensure adherence to project management standards. The role requires strong communication, leadership, reporting, and project management experience, preferably in fintech.
