Develop scalable, reliable, and high-performance backend applications using Node.js and NestJS. Responsibilities include building RESTful APIs, applying clean software design principles, working with databases, writing maintainable code, using Git and modern development practices, solving technical problems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams independently and effectively.

Develop and maintain React Native mobile applications, create reusable components, integrate APIs and third-party services, collaborate with UI/UX designers, debug and optimize performance, participate in code reviews, and follow mobile platform guidelines and development best practices.

Design, develop, and maintain secure REST APIs, middleware, and integrations connecting resident and tenant portals with identity, e-signature, CRM, leasing, access-control, payment, notification, and external data systems. Implement OAuth2, OIDC, JWT, webhooks, event-driven workflows, error recovery, testing, monitoring, documentation, and production support. Coordinate with developers, QA teams, clients, and vendors through integration delivery, UAT, deployment, and handover.
