Serve as the first dedicated paralegal supporting corporate governance, contract lifecycle management, outside counsel coordination, HR/employment support, regulatory/data request responses, and legal operations. Build and optimize contract and entity management systems, manage board materials, track legal spend, and scale legal processes and templates to support a high-growth robotics startup.

Own strategic enterprise customer relationships for warehouse robotics: build pipeline, drive full sales cycle, negotiate pricing/contracts, develop ROI/business cases, multi-thread across stakeholders, mentor junior reps, coordinate with product/engineering/CS, travel onsite to qualify and expand deployments, and lead program expansion and post-project evaluations.

As a Safety Systems Engineer, you will design and implement safety protocols for robotic systems, manage compliance, and lead safety tests and assessments.
