Recruit and activate new distributors and packaging line system integrators across EMEA. Responsibilities include prospecting, executive-level pitching, negotiating distribution agreements, onboarding partners within 90 days, training sales teams, co-selling early opportunities, placing demo equipment, managing HubSpot pipeline data, and handing revenue-generating partners to regional sales managers. The role requires strong packaging, capital equipment, robotics, or material handling knowledge, an established industry network, and willingness to travel 50%.

Design industrial robotic equipment and participate across product development: gather technical requirements, architect solutions, create detailed CAD designs, select components, prototype (3D printing, machine tools), test and validate, and support production. Contribute technical decisions, plan tasks with the team, and improve existing mechatronic products.

Design and build robust front-end interfaces with Angular and TypeScript, use AI-assisted coding tools, integrate generative AI features, maintain quality through Jest/Cypress/Playwright E2E tests, work in a GitLab monorepo, improve CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with UX and cross-functional teams.
