Our comprehensive social-emotional learning curriculum is delivered by advanced, facially-expressive robots in the classroom environment. The robots4autism program is specifically tailored to autistic learners, but all children are engaged and excited by the robot, and can benefit from this program. Our curriculum covers subjects like emotional recognition and understanding (facial expressions), conversational skills and dynamics, how to deal with common social situations (greetings, leave-taking, birthday parties, play dates), and how students can calm themselves down when they are melting down or feeling overwhelmed. Increased self-regulation leads to a better learning experience for students, and they are more confident in building meaningful social relationships.
