Build and manage a 20–50 person team across data collection, annotation, and teleoperation; define SOPs, KPIs, fleet readiness, vendor management, and evaluation workflows; partner with researchers to translate priorities into scalable operational plans.

The Manufacturing Engineer will optimize manufacturing processes, develop equipment, design assembly sequences, and support production scaling while collaborating with design and operations teams.

Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and business roles across robotics and Physical AI. Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies, source specialized talent, design structured interviews, use data and AI tools to improve effectiveness, manage offers/closing, and build talent pipelines while representing the company professionally.

Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Establish finance infrastructure and improve financial processes.

The Lead Software Engineer will architect the test infrastructure for robotics, integrating various teams, and ensuring continuous testing through automated frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.

The Senior Robotics Engineer will develop algorithms for robotic manipulation, focusing on motion planning, interaction control, and teleoperation for safe and efficient robotics in industrial environments.

The Senior Robotics Engineer will design state estimation systems for navigation, develop traversability analysis pipelines, and kinematically constrained planners for robotics operating in challenging terrains.

Lead the architecture and development of core robotics platform software, ensuring reliability and performance in Linux-based systems while mentoring other engineers.

Design and develop mechanical systems for AI robots, collaborate with teams, conduct simulations, and prototype testing to ensure reliability and safety.

Design, integrate, and debug robotic software and mechatronic systems spanning sensors, actuators, embedded controllers, networking, and mechanical/electrical subsystems. Lead and scale the People function for a fast-growing AI robotics company. Build recruiting, People Operations, and HRBP capabilities; design organization structures; improve performance, compensation, and people systems; embed inclusive culture; and drive AI-native organizational transformation while supporting rapid global growth.

Build RoboForce's internal AI-native OS: design, prototype, and productionize agents, automations, workflows, and templates. Identify high-leverage AI opportunities, drive cross-functional adoption, define usage and security standards, partner on infrastructure, and act as technical chief-of-staff. On-site five days weekly.
