Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and business roles across robotics and Physical AI. Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies, source specialized talent, design structured interviews, use data and AI tools to improve effectiveness, manage offers/closing, and build talent pipelines while representing the company professionally.

Owns day-to-day office and workplace administration, including meeting rooms, shipping, supplies, pantry operations, catering, events, facilities services, visitors, and vendor coordination. Maintains consistent standards across multiple locations, tracks purchasing and expenses, resolves operational issues, and proactively improves workplace processes. Requires onsite work five days per week and occasional support for events outside regular office hours.

Defines and optimizes manufacturing processes, assembly sequences, tooling, and production equipment for advanced robotic systems. Leads manufacturing readiness, process validation, equipment commissioning, production ramp-up, defect investigation, and corrective actions. Collaborates with design, supply chain, operations, integrators, and suppliers to improve quality, yield, cycle time, cost, and safety. Requires extensive hardware manufacturing experience, strong mechanical and electrical integration expertise, CAD and GD&T knowledge, and data-driven process improvement skills.

Design, model, analyze, prototype, assemble, test, and iterate mechanical parts, mechanisms, and assemblies for robotic systems. Create engineering drawings, perform tolerance checks and basic FEA, support fabrication and system integration, and collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and robotics engineers. The role is on-site in Milpitas, California, five days per week.

Develop and deploy production robotics software for physical robots operating in complex outdoor environments. Responsibilities include robotics software development in C++ and Python, system integration across perception, planning, controls, teleoperation, and platform software, reliability engineering, debugging hardware and distributed-system issues, developer tooling, and on-robot validation.

Hands-on internship focused on validating electronic circuits, debugging hardware with laboratory instruments, and developing embedded firmware for Arduino and STM32 platforms. Responsibilities include implementing CAN bus, I2C, SPI, and UART communications, validating protocols in Linux environments, improving firmware reliability, and documenting debugging procedures. The intern will collaborate in-office with robotics engineers and researchers on deployed robotic systems.

The role involves building and maintaining AI infrastructure, optimizing training performance, and developing tools for robot training and data workflows.

Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Establish finance infrastructure and improve financial processes.

The Senior Robotics Engineer will develop algorithms for robotic manipulation, focusing on motion planning, interaction control, and teleoperation for safe and efficient robotics in industrial environments.

The Senior Robotics Engineer will design state estimation systems for navigation, develop traversability analysis pipelines, and kinematically constrained planners for robotics operating in challenging terrains.

Design and develop mechanical systems for AI robots, collaborate with teams, conduct simulations, and prototype testing to ensure reliability and safety.

Build RoboForce's internal AI-native OS: design, prototype, and productionize agents, automations, workflows, and templates. Identify high-leverage AI opportunities, drive cross-functional adoption, define usage and security standards, partner on infrastructure, and act as technical chief-of-staff. On-site five days weekly.
