Leads People Experience strategy across internal communications, learning and development, change management, culture, employee engagement, AI adoption, and organizational effectiveness. Builds scalable leadership and learning programs, owns employee listening initiatives, improves ways of working, and advises leaders through organizational change. Manages direct reports and cross-functional teams while using HR systems, analytics, AI, and automation to improve productivity, collaboration, onboarding, and employee growth.

Conduct deep learning research for radar tracking and classification, implement methods in Python/PyTorch, evaluate uncertainty and accuracy metrics, study impacts on downstream radar tasks, and deliver documented software and comparative results.

Supports production engineering on the factory floor by troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues; updating work instructions; standardizing assembly processes; documenting quality findings; supporting new product introductions; preparing workstations; conducting time studies; maintaining tools and fixtures; and participating in 5S, standard work, Kaizen, ESD, and safety initiatives.
