Owns the full accounts payable cycle, including vendor onboarding, invoice processing, payment execution, expense reimbursements, bank and account reconciliations, records management, and vendor issue resolution. Ensures compliance with accounting, tax, reporting, and P2P requirements. Supports ERP purchasing tools by training colleagues, testing system changes, reviewing postings, and improving internal controls and processes.

Supports financial forecasting, budgeting, closing, reporting, dashboarding, variance analysis, internal controls, compliance, and risk oversight. The role translates financial data into operational guidance, supports cross-functional financial projects, and helps colleagues use data management systems. It requires collaboration across international teams and reports to the Head of Business Controlling.

Own strategic procurement for mechatronic parts, precision metals, and electromechanical assemblies. Develop sourcing strategies, secure supplier capacity, collaborate with engineers on DFM and Make-versus-Buy analyses, manage supplier performance and risk, negotiate contracts, and maintain ERP purchasing data. The role requires technical manufacturing knowledge, supplier development expertise, and occasional international travel for audits and site visits.
