The Regional Account Manager will lead sales efforts for drone detection radar solutions, manage customer relationships, execute market plans, drive pipeline growth, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Monitor and optimize databases, systems, and servers for stability; provide daily and on-call technical support for software-hardware radar integration; perform first-line data analysis and preventive maintenance; collaborate with Product, R&D, and Project Management; maintain documentation and support deployments and customer reviews.

Design, build, and maintain efficient C++ software for radar products. Debug and optimize multithreaded, real-time systems, collaborate on system design, maintain code quality and CI, and develop unit tests.
