The Director of Human Resources leads all HR functions for the Foundation, including workforce planning, organizational design, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, benefits, payroll, employee relations, compliance, HR systems, vendor management, and change initiatives. As the sole HR professional, this role advises executives and managers, supports employees, manages HR operations, and leads organizational growth and transition efforts.

Provides curatorial research and administrative support for exhibitions, auctions, publications, and collection management. Responsibilities include scholarly research, fact-checking, proofreading, database and object-file maintenance, press monitoring, exhibition research, Board memo support, event coordination, tours, social media review, and schedule and expense management for the Chief Collection Officer. The role requires strong art-history knowledge, detail orientation, communication skills, database experience, and familiarity with office productivity software.
