Manage daily operations of a high-volume campus retail foodservice (The Cavern): procure and rotate inventory, enforce alcohol regulations, train and supervise staff, handle cash and bookkeeping, maintain equipment and sanitation, schedule shifts, and ensure excellent guest service in a fast-paced environment.

Teach an 8-unit full-time load of undergraduate (and possible graduate) computer science and data science courses; develop and deliver inclusive, high-quality coursework; fairly assess students and maintain records per FERPA; hold office hours and mentor experiential learning. Master's required (Ph.D. preferred). Interest in applied CS, cybersecurity, and large language models, with anticipated courses including programming, data structures, machine learning, and data mining. Position begins August 2026.

Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward major gift prospects and donors. Manage a portfolio (~125 prospects) using moves management and CRM (Advance). Collaborate across divisions, execute fundraising and stewardship plans, support campaigns, track donor activity, and participate in events to meet annual and campaign goals.

Support promotion of Roanoke College Athletics by maintaining athletic website, social media, and stats; serve as technical director for live video streams; recruit, train and oversee student staff; attend and manage home event streaming; assist Director of Athletic Communications with additional duties.
