Teams at Roadrunner

Build and deploy production software for enterprise customers, embedding with RevOps and Sales teams to solve pricing and approval challenges. Own technical delivery from discovery through go-live, develop AI agents and customer integrations, maintain production systems, and convert recurring customer solutions into core product features. The role requires strong engineering fundamentals, autonomy, ambiguity tolerance, direct communication, and occasional customer travel.

Own post-go-live relationships for mid-market and enterprise B2B SaaS customers. Drive adoption, configuration refinements, customer health, QBRs, renewals, retention, and expansion. Partner with Sales, Solutions Architecture, Implementation, Product, and Engineering while serving as a strategic advisor to revenue leaders. Build scalable Customer Success playbooks, health scoring, ROI models, and renewal processes as an early team member.

As Roadrunner's first finance hire, you'll manage financial health, set up systems and processes, and partner with teams on budgeting and decision-making.
