Lead Roadrunner Venture Studios’ venture creation platform, guiding multidisciplinary teams from technology thesis through company formation and scale. Build deep-tech ventures from zero to one by defining products and markets, validating customers, recruiting founding teams, securing pilots, raising venture and non-dilutive capital, and supporting commercialization. Serve as an operator, advisor, and potential interim CEO or board member while developing repeatable venture-building frameworks and mentoring venture creation teams.

Lead architecture, development, qualification, field deployment, and production planning for a novel rainfall-enhancement hardware system. Own mechanical, thermal, combustion, fluid, structural, controls, and instrumentation systems while managing requirements, testing, manufacturing readiness, suppliers, engineering firms, and contract manufacturers. Recruit and mentor hardware engineers, control budgets and schedules, resolve technical risks, and drive improvements using test and field data. The role is hands-on, startup-oriented, travel-intensive, and requires aerospace-level reliability for automotive-scale manufacturing.

Lead the atmospheric science function for a rainfall enhancement startup. Set scientific strategy, oversee WRF modeling and data assimilation, integrate forecasts and field observations, evaluate deployments, and communicate uncertainty. Build operational cloud and high-performance computing workflows, assess AI weather models, recruit and mentor scientific teams, and establish research partnerships. The role requires hands-on technical leadership, frequent travel, long workweeks, and regular weekend work.
