Contract SME to develop and execute an experimental test program for a two-phase nozzle: design thrust measurement, characterize spray and mixed-phase flow, collect and analyze pressure/temperature/flow data, reduce variables, recommend instrumentation and fixtures, and improve nozzle performance and test methodology.

The Project Development Manager leads the development of Halo Materials' commercial reactor and pilot plant, coordinating engineering, construction, and external partners while ensuring technical integrity and project delivery.
