Produce daily and event-based forecasts, provide live weather monitoring for field teams, identify favorable deployment windows using observations and model output, design and refine field observation protocols, analyze post-deployment meteorological datasets, evaluate model performance (WRF, GFS, HRRR), and support development of forecasting tools, dashboards, and data workflows for rainfall enhancement operations.

The Turbo Machinery Advisor will guide turbine and expander development, mentor engineers, oversee testing, and ensure regulatory compliance while leveraging industry expertise and partnerships.

Work directly with the CEO to drive strategic, cross-functional initiatives, establish executive operating rhythms, support M&A diligence and integration, prepare executive materials for boards and government engagements, build market and competitor analysis, and align communications across the executive team and acquired businesses.
