Leads the vision, strategy, and roadmap for internal operations products. Builds scalable tools and workflows that help teams identify issues, make decisions, and resolve cases efficiently. Uses AI and automation with appropriate human oversight, defines performance metrics, aligns cross-functional stakeholders, and manages a small product team while directly driving high-priority initiatives. Also hires, coaches, and develops product talent.

Serve as front-line support via phone, email, and text to customers and partners; monitor in-progress deliveries, troubleshoot issues, log interactions in CRM, collaborate across teams, and manage non-standard delivery situations with empathy and urgency.

Own roadmap and backlog for internal billing and sender payment platforms. Partner with Finance, Sales, Data Science, Operations, and Engineering to translate business needs into prioritized product requirements, deliver scalable payment solutions, build reporting and instrumentation to monitor billing accuracy and platform health, and improve internal workflows to reduce manual effort.

Build and maintain automated test infrastructure for data-science microservices, design and run test strategies, troubleshoot automation across environments, validate fixes, and collaborate with engineers to ensure reliable, scalable data products and ML model testing.

Design, build, and test APIs and services for RoadieXD; develop internal and customer-facing React tools; partner with Product and Operations to deliver scalable, reliable features; influence architecture, write maintainable code, and improve system performance and developer experience.

Drive product positioning, go-to-market strategy, and launches for the driver app. Create messaging, content, and integrated marketing plans; optimize Braze Canvas flows for segmentation and experimentation; analyze adoption, engagement, and competitive intelligence to inform product roadmaps and leadership recommendations.
