Own VIP Family Rewards operations, including renewals, churn reduction, tier movement, enrollment, and member profitability. Build lifecycle journeys in Zeta and Attentive, create reporting from raw data sources, run controlled tests, and optimize store and online enrollment. Develop partner-funded benefits, translate executive strategy into operating plans, and communicate program health to leadership. The role is onsite in San Diego with occasional local travel.

Own the marketing production operating system across stores, print, catalog, email, SMS, web, and social. Manage integrated calendars, Asana workflows, campaign timelines, major events, product launches, creative production, vendor coordination, budgets, reviews, and cross-functional execution. Identify roadblocks, improve processes, and ensure campaigns and activations launch on time and on budget.
