Lead and supervise a team of case managers providing trauma-informed, Housing First-focused supportive services at a resource center. Hire, train, schedule, coach, evaluate staff, approve timesheets, manage program data, develop community partnerships, design and improve services, coordinate resources, and assist with crisis intervention and de-escalation to help guests transition to stable housing.

Serve as the agency's front‑desk welcoming point of contact, manage multi-line phones, maintain reception security, process mail and supplies, provide administrative support to executives, coordinate employee events and newsletters, and ensure trauma-informed, safe, and organized reception operations. Attend mandatory trainings and participate in emergency drills while supporting daily office logistics and customer service.

The HiFI Case Manager provides support to individuals experiencing chronic homelessness by helping them secure and maintain housing and access necessary services.
