Performs corrective maintenance and major component replacement on wind turbines, including blades, gearboxes, generators, pitch bearings, and hubs. Conducts heavy rigging, equipment monitoring, troubleshooting, and work-instruction compliance. Requires climbing 300 feet or more, operating heavy equipment, handling loads up to 100 tons, working in varied weather and industrial environments, and traveling domestically approximately 90% of the time.

Lead maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities for wind turbines, particularly GE platforms. Perform advanced mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic diagnostics; mentor junior technicians; implement preventative maintenance; coordinate site activities; monitor turbine performance; support inventory and procurement; and participate in continuous improvement. The role requires working at heights and in adverse weather, climbing 100 meters multiple times daily, providing scheduled on-call support, and living within 45 minutes of the site.
