Develops category plans, sourcing pipelines, negotiation strategies, and corporate contracts while ensuring compliance, transparency, and value for money. Oversees Workday Strategic Sourcing processes, manages senior stakeholders and supplier relationships, and leads a high-performing procurement team. Drives process innovation, sustainable procurement, workforce development, and alignment with global procurement objectives.
