Provides administrative and executive support for the Government Strategy and Partnership department. Coordinates meetings, government correspondence translation, events, contracts, purchasing, expenses, assets, merchandise, records, and confidential information. Requires strong English and Vietnamese communication, stakeholder management, organization, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines. This is a six-month third-party contract based at RMIT Vietnam’s Ho Chi Minh City campus.

Serves as the first point of contact for students exploring global experience programs. Advises students on opportunities, requirements, and applications; manages communications and social media; supports marketing, events, orientations, campus engagement, and office administration. The role requires strong bilingual Vietnamese-English communication, organization, teamwork, customer service, and public speaking skills in a multicultural university environment.

Supports the Learning Design team in creating accessible, inclusive, and engaging online and blended learning experiences in Canvas. Responsibilities include collaborating with academic stakeholders, interpreting complex content, designing learning sequences, building LMS pages and course structures with HTML, applying accessibility and style standards, and using multimedia, authoring, AI, and emerging technologies. The role also requires stakeholder engagement, strong English communication, independent task management, and effective collaboration.
