Provide administrative, student support, financial and operational coordination for the School of Science, Engineering & Technology. Manage scheduling, academic records in SAMS/myTimetable, student guidance, event logistics, travel bookings, purchasing and vendor coordination, and support program managers to ensure compliance and high-quality student experience.

Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing projects including market and spend analysis, supplier selection, negotiation, contract execution and framework management. Provide commercial advisory to stakeholders, ensure probity and compliance, drive cost efficiencies and continuous improvement, manage supplier relationships, deliver procurement reporting, and implement sourcing through Workday.

Lead content strategy and creation for RMIT academic programs: develop messaging frameworks, produce and manage multi‑channel content, coordinate stakeholders, oversee content planning and contributors, support digital marketing, and ensure consistent tone and measurable recruitment outcomes.
