Design, build, and maintain ETL pipelines, data warehouses, and dashboards. Develop and optimize complex SQL, ensure data quality and integrity, work with Oracle databases and NetSuite, collaborate with stakeholders, document pipelines, and support performance tuning and issue resolution.

Execute and document manual and automated tests, create test plans and scripts, report and manage defects, collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues, and help design/implement automated test suites while learning automation frameworks.

Design, build, and maintain scalable backend and frontend systems using Python and modern frameworks; lead and mentor developers; manage delivery roadmaps; integrate frontend components; ensure performance, security, and production stability; and apply AI/ML techniques where applicable.

Own product roadmaps and drive end-to-end discovery through user research, competitive analysis, and prioritisation. Collaborate with design and engineering to deliver features from brief to launch, define and track success metrics, manage stakeholder expectations, and contribute to pre-sales through scoping and capability positioning.
