Drive revenue for Mount Laurel Freight Brokerage by prospecting, generating leads, maintaining a sales pipeline, engaging prospects via phone, email and in-person, maximizing assigned accounts, and representing RLS at trade shows and conferences. Work full-time in-person with base plus uncapped commission.

Manage freight brokerage activities from pickup to delivery, build and grow customer relationships, supervise account coordinators, negotiate rates and carriers, optimize routing and capacity, meet performance metrics, and support hiring and carrier evaluations.
