Entry-level financial analyst program supporting hotel financial statement analysis, budgeting, forecasting, capital markets activities, financial modeling, investment return analysis, reporting, due diligence, market research, and closing activities. The three-year program includes training, mentorship, performance feedback, and potential full-time placement. The role is based onsite in Bethesda, Maryland, four days per week, with one remote day.

Manage contract lifecycle for capital projects: review, negotiate, execute contracts; identify and mitigate contractual risk; ensure compliance; process change orders and invoices; act as Trimble and Yardi super user; improve contract management processes; support capital expenditure budgeting and train stakeholders.
