Lead strategic business development and account retention across the MEA healthcare technology market. Manage high-value enterprise acquisitions, complex tenders, negotiations, renewals, upselling, cross-selling, and Salesforce pipeline forecasting. Build relationships with healthcare executives, Ministry officials, and key decision-makers, while collaborating with Legal, Finance, and Contract Management. The role requires extensive GCC and MEA travel, strong healthcare expertise, and fluent Arabic and English communication skills.

Provides front-line guidance to employees and managers on People policies, employment matters, and standard processes. Partners with People Operations to maintain accurate employee records and timely employment changes, supports onboarding and offboarding, and assists with low- to moderate-complexity employee relations matters. Identifies process improvements, translates policies into practical guidance, and helps strengthen the employee experience across the employee lifecycle.

Deliver remote software administration support, client training, system health checks, knowledge-sharing content, and project-based consulting for healthcare clients. The role focuses on improving client satisfaction, software utilization, customer outcomes, and engagement with RLDatix products. Responsibilities include collaborating with internal instructional design teams, supporting change management, managing multiple projects, and helping clients maximize the value of RLDatix’s healthcare operations platform.
