Process customer billing and invoices, maintain accurate records in Salesforce/NetSuite/OpenAir, respond to routine billing inquiries, assist with reconciliations and discrepancy resolution, suggest process improvements, produce documentation and training materials, and coordinate with internal teams and customers to support billing cycles and revenue integrity.

Provide Level 2 technical escalation and resolution for SaaS application issues, troubleshoot integrations and platform problems, monitor systems, perform root-cause analysis with Engineering, maintain support documentation, and support release readiness and continuous improvement to ensure stability and service continuity.

Create B2B demand-generation content and manage integrated cross-channel campaigns (email, web, social, webinars, events, paid) to drive cross-sell/upsell pipeline. Own content calendars, campaign execution, and cross-functional coordination with comms, product marketing, sales, and marketing ops to convert and nurture existing customers.
