Lead engineering teams for the TimeCare workforce-scheduling product family across multiple technical domains. Develop the integrated engineering strategy, oversee modernization from legacy systems to cloud-native architecture, coordinate incident response, and drive responsible AI adoption across product, engineering, and operations. Mentor managers and engineers while partnering with Product, Architecture, Security, and Customer Success in a regulated, globally distributed environment.

Provides remote software administration support, client training, system health checks, knowledge-sharing content, consulting, and change management. The role helps healthcare clients optimize RLDatix products, improve system utilization, increase satisfaction, and achieve stronger outcomes. It collaborates with internal teams and manages multiple projects while serving French-speaking clients.
