Develop mechanical and electro-mechanical products from concept through manufacturing. Responsibilities include 3D CAD design, prototyping, testing, tolerance analysis, engineering documentation, supplier and manufacturer collaboration, tooling review, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and design transfer. The role requires balancing manufacturability, cost, aesthetics, reliability, and user experience while managing engineering workstreams in a fast-paced product development consulting environment.
