Manages secure desktop and web application integrations, automation, APIs, and vendor-supported systems. Designs, develops, tests, documents, upgrades, and troubleshoots integrations while supporting application security assessments, vulnerability resolution, and compliance. Collaborates with business teams to translate processes into technology requirements, evaluates new applications, writes maintainable code, and provides technical support. Preferred experience includes PowerShell automation, API development tools, AI and bot development, cloud SaaS, and complex SQL.

Manages end-to-end payroll delivery for assigned clients, including payroll processing, tax issue resolution, reconciliations, client implementation, reporting, compliance, and year-end activities. Serves as a primary client contact, resolves complex payroll matters, provides client training, mentors junior staff, and recommends process improvements. Requires strong organization, analytical ability, communication skills, and expertise in federal, state, and local payroll regulations.

Performs client accounting services, including AP and AR reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close, financial reporting, variance analysis, payroll review, sales tax compliance, and accounting research. The role reviews team work, maintains accounting records, leads client meetings, responds to client inquiries, and supports process improvements while ensuring accurate and timely financials.
