Teams at RK&K

Lead development of proposals, presentations, and pursuit strategies for transportation and construction projects. Partner with technical staff to craft client-focused messaging, manage marketing staff, maintain pursuit materials and CRM data, and track marketing activities to support business development.

Lead Procore and PMIS implementations: gather requirements, configure and administer company/project settings, manage data migration and integrations, develop templates and governance, deliver training and user support, create reports/dashboards, and support client-facing implementation and adoption activities.

Conduct in-person rider surveys aboard buses, light rail, metro, and trains to collect and record feedback. Organize and compile survey data, identify trends, and communicate findings to project leadership. Represent RK&K/MTA professionally while following project procedures, schedules, and safety requirements.
