Entry-level structural and bridge engineer designing bridge components, culverts, retaining walls, and transportation structures. Responsibilities include geometric layout, quantity development, bridge load ratings, inspection support, report drafting, and collaboration across multidisciplinary projects. The role requires a civil or structural engineering degree, EIT eligibility, effective communication, and willingness to support inspections in Maryland and Washington, DC.

Designs and manages land development and site engineering projects, including grading, stormwater drainage, utilities, erosion control, construction documents, permitting, technical reports, and construction-phase support. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and regulatory agencies while monitoring project budgets and schedules. Requires civil engineering expertise, EIT certification, and proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Hydraflow Hydrographs, MicroStation, and ArcGIS.

Leads natural resources and environmental permitting projects, managing budgets, schedules, regulatory coordination, fieldwork, technical reports, permit applications, client presentations, and staff mentoring. Supports hazardous materials, stormwater, restoration, and stream and wetland mitigation projects. Develops proposals, scopes, and estimates while cultivating new business. The role requires North Carolina regulatory expertise, extensive natural resources permitting experience, and occasional outdoor field inspections at construction sites.
