The Right of Way Specialist provides real estate support, negotiates acquisitions, prepares legal documents, conducts property settlements, and attends project meetings while ensuring compliance with real estate laws.

Lead and support NEPA project development and environmental compliance for transportation and infrastructure projects. Conduct environmental analyses, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, prepare NEPA-related documents, ensure adherence to federal/state regulations, and develop public outreach and stakeholder engagement materials.

Support real estate and right-of-way activities for utility, transportation, and infrastructure projects. Coordinate document preparation and tracking, assist with acquisitions and settlements, prepare deeds/easements/agreements, review title commitments, maintain project databases, attend meetings, and support permit coordination and project managers to ensure timely project delivery.
