Owns cybersecurity, internal IT, identity and access, technology governance, incident response, compliance, automation, workplace systems, vendors, and business continuity for a fast-growing ecommerce group. The role secures Shopify and SaaS environments, leads Cyber Essentials Plus and ISO 27001 readiness, automates IT processes using AI and APIs, manages technology risk, and reports to senior leadership. It is hands-on and will eventually build a small team.

Supports garment development from initial design through production, focusing on fit, function, quality, and performance. Responsibilities include creating size specifications from CADs, measuring and organizing samples, assisting with fit sessions, communicating fit feedback to suppliers, reviewing production samples, supporting QC and fabric testing, and conducting wearer trials. The role requires knowledge of pattern cutting, grading, fabrics, components, multi-product fit, and PLM systems.

Support the Design Team by assisting with sample management, garment tech preparation, fabric analysis, producing mood boards, and administrative tasks.
