Analyze internal Salesforce requirements and design automation solutions. Develop and maintain Salesforce and SharePoint integrations, web code, and database interactions. Create scripts, tools, and documentation, collaborate with internal teams and vendors, manage timelines, and support cloud and on-prem technologies.

Work with the cybersecurity and global automation teams to design, implement, and expand test automation frameworks using Python, Selenium, and/or Robot Framework. Develop, execute, and maintain automated test cases across environments, convert manual regression tests, troubleshoot complex software issues, and improve test reliability and throughput.

Develop and automate tests for server-side Java API platform components. Write and run unit and integration tests (JUnit/TestNG), use JDBC/SQL and messaging queues, and integrate test automation with CI/CD and build tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Maven/Gradle/Ant).
