Generates new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting, inbound lead response, customer qualification, and scheduling meetings or product demonstrations for Account Executives and Sales Managers. The role meets activity and sales objectives, follows established sales processes, develops knowledge of print and software solutions, and collaborates with sales teams. It is a foundational position with growth opportunities into outside sales or specialist roles.

Entry-level outside sales role responsible for prospecting within an assigned territory, growing existing accounts, conducting needs assessments and demonstrations, managing opportunities through the full sales cycle, closing deals, meeting quotas, forecasting, and maintaining customer relationships. The role requires knowledge of copier and multifunctional printer solutions, managed print services, wide-format and high-volume printing, and software. It includes customer meetings, site surveys, vendor training, and ongoing professional development.

Provides cross-functional administrative support, customer billing and accounts receivable assistance, contract administration, and Tier 1 service coordination. Responds to customer inquiries, resolves billing discrepancies, maintains records, triages support requests, coordinates technician scheduling, monitors tickets, supports proposals and agreements, and assists with inventory, procurement, vendor coordination, onboarding, and service reporting.
