Lead and build RIVET’s customer success organization across account management, implementations, and support. Own retention, adoption, customer health metrics, renewals, hiring, coaching, and team development. Personally oversee strategic implementations while establishing scalable processes and representing customer needs in product decisions. The role requires senior customer success leadership in a growing software company, experience with process change and data integration, and a hands-on operating style.
