Own the navigation and positioning stack for head-worn and body-worn systems. Develop inertial, GNSS, calibration, sensor-fusion, and attitude-estimation solutions; integrate sensors across hardware and embedded software; and build testing, validation, and data-replay infrastructure. Collaborate with perception, firmware, mechanical, and manufacturing teams to deliver robust production navigation in challenging environments. Validate performance through laboratory and field testing against ground truth.

Leads global sourcing strategy for optical and electro-mechanical components, including cameras, displays, cables, connectors, batteries, PCBs, and FPCAs. Manages supplier qualification, negotiations, cost reduction, capacity planning, risk mitigation, approved vendor lists, contracts, and production issue resolution. Partners with manufacturing providers and overseas suppliers to support product roadmaps, quality, delivery, and margin targets.

Own product data and configuration management for hardware programs, including BOMs, engineering changes, revision control, document control, PLM administration, PLM-ERP integration, and traceability. Partner with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to support production readiness, new product introduction, data integrity, and compliance. Generate metrics on change cycle time, configuration status, and data quality.
