The Physician Assistant will perform preoperative assessments, assist in surgeries, provide patient education, and collaborate with medical teams to enhance patient care.

Provide and verify medication orders, supervise pharmacy technicians, prepare sterile IV and special formulations, maintain medication inventory and controlled substance records, perform CLIA '88 lab testing, participate in clinical dosing programs and staff communication, and liaise with drug reps.

Oversee technical and scientific operations for hematology, coagulation, serology, and urinalysis labs. Ensure regulatory compliance (CLIA '88), maintain inventory and QC, evaluate staff competency, provide training and consultation, establish analytic performance parameters, and act as testing personnel within scope of education and experience.
