The Assistant Controller manages day-to-day finance operations, month-end closing, prepares financial statements, audits, payroll, and ensures compliance with reporting requirements.

Manage and scale AWS infrastructure using Terraform and Kubernetes; maintain CI/CD (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD); operate messaging (Kafka, SQS, PubSub); implement observability with Grafana/Prometheus and logging; manage CDN, implement IaC/GitOps, participate in incident response and on-call rotations while collaborating with developers.

The Full Stack Tech Lead will set the technical direction for both frontend and backend development, ensuring scalability and performance while mentoring engineers and leading projects.
