Manage a portfolio of enterprise SaaS customers as a strategic advisor, driving onboarding, product adoption, retention, renewals, and expansion. Lead business reviews, identify customer growth opportunities, resolve challenges, and collaborate with Product and Marketing to influence roadmap priorities. The role requires strong relationship management, analytical skills, KPI ownership, and occasional client visits. Candidates must be based in Toronto or the GTA and attend the downtown Toronto office once monthly.

Own Riverside’s product education strategy and create all educational videos end-to-end, including scripting, presenting, filming, editing, product demos, YouTube tutorials, and Riverside University content. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Social teams, incorporate user feedback into the product lifecycle, and help grow content reach. The role requires strong on-camera presentation, polished video editing, clear technical teaching, creator-industry fluency, native English, content strategy experience, and knowledge of video production equipment.

Own Riverside’s product education strategy and independently create polished videos from scripting through final editing. Serve as the on-camera face of the company, produce YouTube tutorials and product demos, and build Riverside University into a comprehensive learning hub. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Social teams, communicate new features, incorporate user feedback into product development, and use content strategy to drive growth.
