Maintain DOT/FMCSR compliance for drivers: manage driver qualification records, report violations, support onboarding audits, maintain drug/medical confidentiality, deliver compliance training, and monitor CSA scores.

Operate commercial motor vehicles safely to transport freight, load/unload cargo, complete required paperwork and logs, inspect trailers, and represent the company professionally while meeting physical demands and safety standards.
