Teams at Riverside Research

Leads embedded systems cybersecurity research and development supporting Air Force-level government programs. Develops R&D strategies, researches hardware security attacks and software-based threats, performs reverse engineering and vulnerability analysis, develops security tools, and evaluates embedded systems using simulation and hardware-in-the-loop methods. Serves as a principal cybersecurity subject matter expert, collaborates with government and research teams, presents technical findings, documents results, and mentors junior researchers.

Leads development, validation, and sustainment of EO/IR spectral signature and radiometric models for defense and intelligence customers. Translates materials data into physics-based models, integrates environmental corrections, improves space-weathering models, validates results using laboratory and remote-sensing data, and ensures model database interoperability. Provides scientific leadership, mentors modeling teams, and communicates technical findings to government and internal stakeholders.

Analyze emerging technologies for MASINT missions, evaluate sensor and capability developments, and advise on architecture integration. Provide recommendations for signal processing, AI/ML, and data fusion; develop CONOPS, white papers, technical documentation, and transition plans. Coordinate requirements across government, industry, research, and intelligence community stakeholders while assessing sensor and PED tool performance.
