Lead enterprise network strategy, architecture, modernization, and long-term planning for NASIC. Design LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, wireless, data center, cloud, and edge connectivity solutions; develop roadmaps, standards, governance, and posture reports; align networking with cybersecurity initiatives such as SASE and zero trust; evaluate technologies and vendors; guide implementation planning; optimize resilience and performance; and mentor network engineering teams.

Lead enterprise storage strategy, architecture, modernization, and multi-year roadmaps across on-premises, cloud, and multi-cloud environments. Design resilient SAN, NAS, object, and high-performance storage solutions; oversee replication, disaster recovery, backup, automation, capacity planning, and data lifecycle management. Evaluate platforms and vendors, collaborate with network and cybersecurity teams, and present technical strategies to leadership. Support mission-critical infrastructure for NASIC in a regulated defense environment.

Leads autonomous systems programs for the Defense Innovation Unit from problem definition through operational testing and transition to warfighters. Develops strategies, schedules, budgets, task orders, and performance indicators; coordinates military, civilian, contractor, acquisition, and commercial stakeholders; evaluates vendor claims; manages risks and corrective actions; reports outcomes to senior leadership; and serves as an autonomy subject matter expert.
