Support the Business Development Manager by executing marketing and brand activities: create collateral, manage website and social channels, produce content, run campaigns, track SEO/analytics, design internal communications, support recruitment marketing, conduct market research, follow up on leads, and prepare quotes and proposals.

Coordinates customer programs in a contract manufacturing environment by managing change notifications, bills of materials, manufacturing orders, inventory, purchase and sales order reviews, quoting, costing, and customer-team activities. The role mentors support staff, communicates with internal and external stakeholders, maintains documentation, and may lead customer relationships for limited-scope programs. Travel between Lewiston and Winona facilities is required, with occasional additional business travel.

This role is responsible for payroll administration, HR support, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and recruiting efforts in a collaborative team environment.
