Teams at Riverside Insights

Lead the 0-to-1 architecture, development, testing, and launch of Riverside Insights’ Reach platform and next-generation CogAT assessment. Build and manage a 6–10 engineer team, make build-versus-buy decisions, oversee AWS infrastructure and regulated-data compliance, lead customer migration, and translate product roadmaps into technical execution. The role is hands-on, requiring active coding, full-stack fluency, AI-native development, cross-functional partnership, and senior leadership communication.

Acquire new K-12 district customers, expand product adoption, and achieve sales quotas across an assigned territory. Build pipeline, manage complex consultative sales cycles, forecast accurately, maintain CRM discipline, negotiate multi-year agreements, and convert pilots into district-wide implementations. Partner with renewal, professional learning, customer success, and marketing teams to support long-term district outcomes. The remote role requires 50–70% travel for district visits, conferences, and presentations.
