Provide school leadership and oversight to ensure academic, behavioral, and therapeutic standards; supervise staff, manage daily operations and compliance with VDOE regulations; oversee curriculum, assessments, individualized treatment planning, recordkeeping, and family/community engagement to support student success.

Provide leadership and vision for academic and therapeutic programs, oversee daily school operations and compliance, supervise and support staff, manage curriculum and individualized treatment planning, maintain records and service quality, and foster relationships with students, families, staff, and community partners.

Support the Principal in daily school operations, staff supervision, and VDOE compliance; assist with curriculum, student placement, and individualized education/treatment plans; maintain documentation; partner with families and agencies; respond calmly to behavioral crises to foster a safe, supportive environment.
