Serve as the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors by greeting guests, answering and routing calls, managing appointments, receiving deliveries, controlling visitor access, and performing clerical tasks. Provide warm, organized, and responsive administrative support while communicating effectively with individuals of all ages, particularly seniors.

Provides day-to-day clinical leadership across Assisted Living and Memory Care. Supervises, coaches, educates, and evaluates nursing staff; supports hiring, training, scheduling, compliance, QAPI initiatives, resident assessments, care planning, medication oversight, infection prevention, and clinical documentation. Serves as the Director of Nursing’s designee and participates in leadership on-call coverage.
