Research quantum algorithms and their performance in fault-tolerant settings, optimise compilation for QEC primitives, develop resource and cost models, run code-driven experiments, publish and present academic work, and collaborate across cross-disciplinary QEC and hardware teams.

Lead and conduct high-impact quantum error correction research, manage and mentor a small research team, drive multi-person projects end-to-end, translate research into product outcomes, collaborate with hardware partners, write and review code, and communicate results via publications and presentations.

Lead technical development of DF-AMO, converting decoding research into a scalable, production-ready QEC software stack. Drive architecture, performance (latency/throughput) trade-offs, collaborate with engineering, research, product and customers, and mentor/manage a growing team of 5+ engineers to deliver from concept through deployment and adoption.
