Provides administrative support to HR, including invoice reconciliation, benefits and leave administration, employee communications, records maintenance, training logistics, engagement initiatives, events, and HR program support. Performs general ledger analysis, bank reconciliations, financial statement preparation, monthly workpapers, commission calculations, and accounting projects. Ensures financial accuracy through checks and balances, collaborates with the accounting team, and meets reporting deadlines. Requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ownership of accounting responsibilities.

Generates new and existing-customer sales for masonry and hardscape products across an assigned territory. Responsibilities include product demonstrations, quoting prices and credit terms, preparing sales contracts, estimating delivery dates, entering customer interactions into CRM, tracking stock, resolving customer issues, preparing transaction reports, and attending trade shows. The role requires strong communication, customer service, product knowledge, and collaboration with outside sales peers.
