Loads and unloads materials, prepares loads, moves and stores stock in a building materials yard, and assists with general yard operations. The role requires heavy lifting and forklift operation while following safety procedures and supporting customers and team members.

Manage daily office operations, records, supplies, clerical functions, customer orders, billing inquiries, payments, reports, credits, and vendor relationships. Review and audit order, transfer, payment, and account records for accuracy and timely processing. Support employee onboarding and training, maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and adjustments, and resolve discrepancies. Provide administrative and customer service support while ensuring held orders and credit issues are resolved promptly.
